Shipping policy

Once we have received your order, you will be contacted by e-mail by our team for confirmation. We reserve the right to not confirm your order in the event we could not verify your information or stock level were incorrect at the time of your order. After order confirmation, items are generally shipped same or next business day depending on the time of order. Akaibu is not responsible for lost shipments & stolen packages & claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
