Issey Miyake, native Japanese fashion designer had left an imprint on the world of fashion design not many before were able to accomplish on such scale. He was a pioneer to the industry, creating technology to pave the way in how the garments are made. He not only shifted the social perception on clothing but did so while keeping intact the original heritage of the Japanese culture.
