Carol Christian Poell Fall/07-08 “Disjointed” Wool Gloves

For Carol Christian Poell's following collection Carol focused on the wearability. Deviating from his previous philosophy where the wearer has to adapt to the garment. This collection had the wearer in mind along with practicality & wearability. 

The gloves feature simple yet intricate details, with the top of the gloves cut out for fingers, yet the thumb is covered. It allows for slightly more usability when wearing gloves along with being made with 100% wool the gloves are much more flexible than the regular leather pair. Made with small details such as gussets around the thumb area & wrist to allow for better movability with the use of the gloves.
